No Pobre TV. A young man has been mutilated into a cyborg warrior, known as Bovine Rider, by the intergalactic alien council called FORESIGHT. FORESIGHT instruct him to battle another rider to complete his training so that they can have a warrior to control and lead Earth into their schemes. Chaos ensues as Bovine is challenged over who he is, and what he is supposed to be.
